3. User Accounts and Registration

Subscription Plans

Payment Terms

  • Payments processed through PayPal and Razorpay
  • Subscriptions automatically renew

Usage Limits & Upgrades

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (tokens, conversations, etc.). If you exceed these limits, you will be asked to upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, regardless of usage or satisfaction with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • To impersonate others or provide false information

Content Moderation

While we do not actively monitor all content flowing through chatbots, we have implemented automated content moderation systems to prevent prohibited content and activities. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain high service availability, though we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity and third-party service dependencies.

Planned Maintenance

We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance or service interruptions whenever possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service with or without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Termination by You

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that may harm our Service or other users.

Effects of Termination

  • Your access to the Service will be discontinued
  • We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
